Policies/important info:



There is NO hostess fee. All costs are built into the price of the oil, with the exception of packaging costs. All shipping costs will add an additional $1.50 for the box/packing materials.

(Phone number is strictly for the carrier's purposes - I will never contact you by phone unless it's an emergency regarding your parcel!)

After I receive your email order, I will send you an invoice via Paypal with your shipping total. Please check your paypal email address as that will be how I contact you and will serve as your order confirmation. Since all orders are First Come, First Served, your total must be paid within 3 business days or your order will be cancelled and you will be forced to resubmit and risk losing some of your order. (Sorry to do it this way - but it definitely lowers the flake rate which slows the whole process down.)

Some oils will close quickly so act quickly!

Other very important details you need to read before ordering:

• The ending date is flexible - it all depends on if we reach minimums in time.
• Shipping will happen the moment I get the oils in my possession. Some suppliers ship immediately, others are slower - I will keep you updated every moment of the process.
• Do NOT order oils that you need immediately - I cannot promise delivery dates as I am at the mercy of your fellow co-op mates and the suppliers!
• If an oil does not reach its minimum, or prices fluctuate, I will refund you for that particular oil and modify shipping totals.
• By emailing me an order, you agree not to hold me responsible for damage that happens during transport. All packages will be insured through the shipper so all damage/loss claims will be handled through the insurance purchased on your parcel. All boxes are packed securely with lots of packing materials. I chose aluminum bottles because of their shatter-resistant and light weight qualities.
• Your privacy is ALWAYS respected - I will not include your name in any co-op updates. If I find it necessary to refer to anyone publicly it will be as a zipcode (or initials if there is a mutual zip among co-opers).
